About Us

Perhaps you have heard of us. When business people use the word "Us" sometimes, especially for small organizations, but for larger ones too, the implication is: "we individuals within the company." Often, companies run by one person use the word "Us" to infer that there are more people in the firm than there actually are, not as a deception, but as a generally acceptable way of referring to the company rather than the sole individual making everything happen.

When I use the word "Us," I'm referring to you and me. Perry Gruber Limited is about Us, we, all people across the planet and how we stand poised to shake the foundations of human civilization thereby creating a new normal. What does this new normal look like? Tolerant; open and transparent; democratic; free of fear and ignorance; environmentally aware; freed from scarcity, overcome by abundance; and inspired through and through with enlightened consciousness.

How do we get there? Through our organizations, movements, and communities always centered on our individual responsibility "our ability to respond" to the fact that we are creating our future present moments ongoingly, together. The challenge is, few of us are able to live this way day-to-day right now. Some are, but they are few, others want to be, but they are stuck in seeking, and a great many more, what Eckhart Tolle calls "The vast majority" are caught in the illusion of an ordinary life.

Perry Gruber Limited is an demonstration of my response-ability to my own realization that I am a Leader and I can do something to change the future by changing the now. You are a Leader too. And I invite you to join me in building community, leaving a legacy, creating a future... differently. How? Through a day-to-day inquiry into who and what we are, through emerging technologies guided by enlightened leadership sourced through conscious awareness. I am not alone on this path. And if you own your courage and assume your role as Leaders then act from that place, you can join Us. The good news is, more and more people are discovering their leadership, owning their courage and taking action.

By "courage" and "action" I'm not referring to standing against oppression, corporate irresponsibility, rampant consumerism, environmental terror or humanitarian abuses although such acts are courageous. What I'm referring to is the courageous action required to turn one's attention inward, going beyond what one thinks is in there, and discovering who and what one really is. That introspection takes courage. That is what Perry Gruber Limited is meant to inspire. And I ask you to join me.

Who is Perry Gruber?

Perry Gruber is an innovative leader, risk taker, professional public speaker and co-founder and CEO of the social enterprise NedWater Liquid Change. His career includes an eight year stint at Intel Corporation, nine years at the Bonneville Power Administration and nine years in the United States Marine Corps. He is an award winning speaker who has delivered speeches at universities, conferences, associations and businesses. A devoted student of spirituality, consciousness and leadership, Perry arrived at a unique understanding of life through a continuing 35 year spiritual journey across major religious beliefs and deep personal introspection. His speeches stem from this perspective. His imaginative, graceful yet provocative speaking style captures attention and draws in his listeners. From there he poses ideas and concepts that leave the audience seeking more. An MBA graduate from George Fox University, Perry also earned a BA in Management and Organizational Leadership from the same institution. He lives in Portland, Oregon.
